Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Director of Military Prosecutions must, before proceeding to discharge the duties of his or her office, make and subscribe an oath or affirmation in accordance with the form in Schedule 4.
(2) An oath or affirmation under this section is to be made before:
(a) the Judge Advocate General; or
(b) a Deputy Judge Advocate General; or
(c) the Chief Judge Advocate.
