DEFENCE FORCE DISCIPLINE ACT 1982 - SECT 188GM

    The Director of Military Prosecutions must not:

  (a)   engage in practice as a legal practitioner outside the duties of his or her office; or

  (b)   without the approval of the Minister, engage in paid employment outside the duties of his or her office.
