DEFENCE FORCE DISCIPLINE ACT 1982 - SECT 47A

    For the purposes of this Subdivision, dishonest means:

  (a)   dishonest according to the standards of ordinary people; and

  (b)   known by the defendant to be dishonest according to the standards of ordinary people.
