Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) Each punishment imposed, and each order made, by a service tribunal shall be imposed or made, as the case may be, in respect of a particular conviction and no other conviction.
(2) In this section, order means a restitution order, a reparation order, a removal order or an order under subsection 75(1).
