Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Tribunal may, by writing under the hand of a member of the Tribunal, issue any warrant necessary for the enforcement of any action taken in relation to an appellant by the Tribunal.
(2) Section 170 of the Defence Force Discipline Act 1982 applies in relation to a warrant issued under subsection (1) of this section as if it were issued under subsection 170(1) of that Act.
