Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsIn the application of section 49 in relation to a member of the scheme who died during the transitional period, the reference in subsection (2) of that section to the period of 6 months after the death of a person shall be read as a reference to that period or the period of 90 days after this Act receives the Royal Assent, whichever last expires.
