DEFENCE FORCES RETIREMENT BENEFITS ACT 1948 - SECT 84M

55 - plus percentage if MTAWE result is higher

    For the purposes of step 7 of the method statement in subsection   84H(2), if this section applies then the 55 - plus percentage , for the prescribed half - year, is:

    Start formula start fraction MTAWE result minus Current indicative pension amount over Current indicative pension amount end fraction times 100 end formula
