DEFENCE HOME OWNERSHIP ASSISTANCE SCHEME ACT 2008 - SECT 76

External review--review by Administrative Review Tribunal of internal review decisions

  (1)   Application may be made to the Administrative Review Tribunal for review of an internal review decision.

  (2)   A declared loan provider is not entitled to apply to the Administrative Review Tribunal for review of an internal review decision.
