DEFENCE RESERVE SERVICE (PROTECTION) ACT 2001 - SECT 10

  (1)   In this Act:

"contract of employment" includes:

  (a)   a contract of apprenticeship; and

  (b)   an arrangement under which a person is employed.

Note:   For employment , see section   7.

  (2)   For the purposes of this Act, the appointment or employment of a person under a law of the Commonwealth or of a State or Territory is taken to be employment under a contract of employment .
