DEFENCE RESERVE SERVICE (PROTECTION) ACT 2001 - SECT 40A

    In this Act:

"financial arrangement" means any of the following:

  (a)   a secured or unsecured loan;

  (b)   a hire purchase agreement;

  (c)   an agreement to buy something (including land);

  (d)   an agreement to lease something (including land);

  (e)   a guarantee.
