EXCISE ACT 1901 - SECT 107FL

    Either:

  (a)   a seizure notice under section   107FB; or

  (b)   a notice under subsection   107FG(3);

posted as a letter addressed to a person at the last address of the person known to the sender is taken to be properly addressed for the purposes of section   29 of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901.
