Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsNo witness on behalf of the Minister, CEO, Collector or officer in any Excise prosecution shall be compelled to disclose the fact that he or she received or gave any information or the nature thereof or the name of the person who gave such information, and no officer appearing as a witness shall be compelled to produce any reports made or received by him or her confidentially in his or her official capacity or containing confidential information.
