(1) The Removal of Prisoners (Territories) Act 1923 applies, with such modification s ( if any) as are set out in the regulations, in relation to a person who has been committed to prison under this Act in a Territory (other than the Northern Territory) in like manner as it applies in relation to a person who has been sentenced to imprisonment in that Territory.
(2) The Removal of Prisoners (Australian Capital Territory) Act 1968 applies, with such modification s ( if any) as are set out in the regulations, in relation to a person who has been committed to prison under this Act in the Australian Capital Territory or in the Jervis Bay Territory.
(3) In this section:
"modifications" includes additions, omissions and substitutions.
