Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The manager of an accredited property must notify the Secretary, in writing, as soon as practicable after an event or circumstance prescribed by the rules occurs.
(2) A person is liable to a civil penalty if:
(a) the person is required to notify the Secretary of an event or circumstance in accordance with subsection (1); and
(b) the person fails to comply with the requirement.
Civil penalty: 60 penalty units.
