Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Secretary must revoke a direction given to the occupier of a registered establishment under subsection 132(1) if the Secretary is satisfied that the reasons for the direction no longer exist.
(2) The Secretary must give the occupier of the registered establishment written notice of the revocation.
