Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Secretary may, by written notice, require a person who has made an application under section 383 to give the Secretary further information about the application.
(2) The Secretary may refuse to consider the application until the person gives the Secretary the information.
