EXPORT CONTROL ACT 2020 - SECT 57

    An exemption granted under paragraph   54(1)(a):

  (a)   takes effect on the date stated in the instrument of exemption under paragraph   56(1)(e); and

  (b)   remains in force as prescribed by the rules unless it is revoked under section   59.
