Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Minister may, in writing, delegate to the Board all or any of the powers of the Minister under this Act, other than the Minister's powers under section 9, Part 5 and subsection 84(3).
(2) The Managing Director may, in writing, delegate to the Deputy Managing Director or any person employed under section 90 all or any of the Managing Director's powers under this Act.
