Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) EFIC may employ such persons as the Board thinks necessary for the performance of the functions and duties, and the exercise of the powers, of EFIC.
(2) A person employed under subsection (1) is to be employed on such terms and conditions as are determined by the Board.
