ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION AND BIODIVERSITY CONSERVATION ACT 1999 - SECT 303FS

  (1)   The Minister must cause to be maintained a register that sets out declarations made under section   303FN, 303FO or 303FP.

  (2)   The register may be maintained by electronic means.

  (3)   The register is to be made available for inspection on the internet.
