ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION AND BIODIVERSITY CONSERVATION ACT 1999 - SECT 312
Minister must not give preference
The Minister must not, in exercising powers on behalf of the
Commonwealth under this Part, give preference to one State or any part thereof
within the meaning of section 99 of the Constitution.
