ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION AND BIODIVERSITY CONSERVATION ACT 1999 - SECT 390SI

    The Minister must determine, in writing, the terms and conditions applicable to members of the expert panel, including terms and conditions relating to:

  (a)   term of office; and

  (b)   remuneration; and

  (c)   allowances; and

  (d)   disclosure of interests.
