ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION AND BIODIVERSITY CONSERVATION ACT 1999 - SECT 465

Duration of conservation orders

  (1)   A conservation order comes into force:

  (a)   if a commencement day is specified in the order--on that day; or

  (b)   otherwise--immediately after it is made.

  (2)   The order remains in force:

  (a)   for the period (if any) specified in the order; or

  (b)   until it is revoked by the Minister.
