ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION AND BIODIVERSITY CONSERVATION ACT 1999 - SECT 513

    The regulations may provide for the terms and conditions applicable to members of an advisory committee, including terms and conditions relating to:

  (a)   term of office; and

  (b)   remuneration; and

  (c)   allowances; and

  (d)   leave of absence; and

  (e)   disclosure of interests; and

  (f)   termination of membership.
