Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsA person commits an offence if the person provides false or misleading information in complying or purporting to comply with any of the following provisions:
(a) section 13 (TPS Director may require information);
(b) section 19 (giving information about accepted students);
(d) subsection 26(1) or (3) (disclosure obligations of registered providers).
Penalty: Imprisonment for 12 months.
