Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) A person covered by subsection 68(2) in relation to a direction may disclose information that reveals the fact that the direction was given if the disclosure is made for the purposes of seeking review, under Part 5 of this Chapter or any other applicable law, of the direction or of a decision made in relation to the direction.
(2) A person covered by subsection 68(2) in relation to a direction may disclose information that reveals the fact that the direction was given if:
(a) the disclosure is to the person's lawyer; and
(b) the purpose of the person making the disclosure is for the lawyer to provide legal advice, or another legal service, in relation to the direction.
