Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) A reference in a law of the Commonwealth (other than this Act) to a Judge of the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Division 1) includes a reference to the Chief Justice, the Deputy Chief Justice and a Senior Judge of the Court.
(2) A reference in a law of the Commonwealth (other than this Act) to a Judge of the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Division 2) includes a reference to the Chief Judge and a Deputy Chief Judge of the Court.
