Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) An appeal under subsection 26(1) may be dealt with by the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Division 1) without an oral hearing if the parties to the appeal consent to the appeal being dealt with in that way.
(2) A consent given in relation to an appeal, as mentioned in subsection (1), may only be withdrawn with the leave of the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Division 1).
