FEDERAL COURT OF AUSTRALIA ACT 1976 - SECT 23ED
Recalling the jury for further directions or evidence
After the jury retires to consider its verdict on a count in the
indictment, but before the jury reaches its verdict on the count, the Court
may recall the jury in order for the jury:
(a) to be given further directions; or
(b) to hear further evidence.
