FEDERAL COURT OF AUSTRALIA ACT 1976 - SECT 23EK

Discharge of jurors--by the Court

    The Court, during a trial, must discharge a juror if it appears to the Court that the juror:

  (a)   is not impartial; or

  (b)   is incapable of continuing to act as a juror; or

  (c)   should not continue to act as a juror for any other reason.
