FEDERAL COURT OF AUSTRALIA ACT 1976 - SECT 44

  (1)   A Judge may require and administer all necessary oaths and affirmations.

  (2)   The Chief Executive Officer may, by writing signed by him or her, authorise:

  (a)   a Registrar, a District Registrar or a Deputy District Registrar of the Court; or

  (b)   a member of the Staff of a Registry of the Court;

to administer oaths and affirmations for the purposes of the Court.
