FUTURE DROUGHT FUND ACT 2019 - SECT 24

Conferral of powers on the Drought Minister

    The Drought Minister may exercise a power conferred on the Drought Minister by:

  (a)   an arrangement made under section   21; or

  (b)   an agreement under section   22.
