Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Drought Minister may grant leave of absence to the Chair of the Committee on the terms and conditions that the Drought Minister determines.
(2) The Chair of the Committee may grant leave of absence to a member of the Committee (other than the Chair) on the terms and conditions that the Chair determines.
