Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsThe Secretary may make a determination in relation to a person for a period if the Secretary is satisfied that, having regard to all the relevant factors, including the following, it would be unreasonable to expect the person to satisfy the activity test for that period:
(a) the location of offices of the Department or the Human Services Department;
(b) difficulties with transport and communication;
(c) the educational, cultural or religious background of the person.
