FARM HOUSEHOLD SUPPORT ACT 2014 - SECT 81

  (1)   A person who makes a claim for an activity supplement for an activity may elect for the supplement to be paid either:

  (a)   to the person; or

  (b)   to the service provider for the activity.

  (2)   The person must make the election in a manner or way approved by the Secretary.
