Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The following amounts may be recovered by the Commonwealth as debts due to the Commonwealth:
(a) levy that is due and payable;
(b) late payment penalty that is due and payable.
(2) APRA may bring proceedings in the name of the Commonwealth (as its agent) for the recovery of a debt due to the Commonwealth as described in subsection (1).
