Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The court may make an order under section 67ZBD or 67ZBE at any time after the commencement of child - related proceedings and before making final orders.
(2) The court may make an order under section 67ZBE in relation to an information sharing agency without first making an order under section 67ZBD in relation to that agency.
