Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) Proceedings that may be instituted under this Part must not, after the commencement of this section, be instituted otherwise than under this Part.
(2) Subsection (1) does not apply in relation to the institution of proceedings under the Child Support (Assessment) Act 1989 or the Child Support (Registration and Collection) Act 1988 .
