Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) In addition to the effect Part VIIIAA has apart from this section, that Part also has effect in relation to:
(a) orders under this Division; and
(b) proceedings for orders under this Division;
with the modifications provided for in subsections (2) and (3).
(2) Part VIIIAA has effect in accordance with subsection (1) as if the following substitutions were made:
