FISHERIES MANAGEMENT ACT 1991 - SECT 120

    Subject to section   121, charge is due and payable:

  (a)   at a time or times ascertained in accordance with the regulations; or

  (b)   if the regulations do not make such provision--at the time of the grant of the statutory fishing right.
