Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) Where the Panel makes its decision on a review, the panel is to prepare a written statement:
(a) setting out the decision of the Panel on the review; and
(b) setting out the reasons for the decision.
(2) The Panel must give each party to the proceeding a copy of the statement as soon as practicable after the decision concerned is made.
