Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) An inspector must, before obtaining the consent of a person to enter premises under this Part, inform the person that he or she may refuse consent.
(2) An entry of an inspector with the consent of a person is not lawful unless the person voluntarily consented to the entry.
