Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) In performing the functions mentioned in paragraphs 12(1)(a) to (c), the Authority may take into account any of the following that the Authority considers relevant:
(a) an assessment relating to:
(i) APRA's effectiveness and capability; or
(ii) ASIC's effectiveness and capability;
undertaken by someone other than the Authority;
(b) a review relating to APRA or ASIC undertaken by someone other than the Authority.
(2) Subsection (1) does not limit the matters the Authority may take into account in performing its functions or exercising its powers.
