Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) A person is not excused from giving information, producing a document or answering a question under section 20 on the ground that to do so would disclose material that is protected against disclosure by legal professional privilege.
(2) The fact that a person is not excused under subsection (1) from giving information, producing a document or answering a question does not otherwise affect a claim of legal professional privilege that anyone may make in relation to that information, document or answer.
