Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The staff assisting the Authority are to be APS employees in the Department whose services are made available to the Authority, by the Secretary, in connection with the performance of any of the Authority's functions or the exercise of any of the Authority's powers.
(2) When performing services for the Authority, the staff are subject to the directions of the Authority.
