Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) If the Forum on Food Regulation requests the Authority to review the standard or variation, the Forum must inform the Authority of the Forum's concerns with the standard or variation.
(2) The Forum on Food Regulation may give to the Authority such directions as it thinks fit in relation to the conduct of a review of a standard or variation under this Subdivision.
(3) A direction under subsection (2) is not a legislative instrument.
