FEDERAL SAFETY COMMISSIONER ACT 2022 - SECT 78

Hindering or obstructing Federal Safety Officers

    A person must not intentionally hinder or obstruct a Federal Safety Officer in exercising his or her compliance powers, or induce or attempt to induce any other person to do so.

Note:   Grade A civil penalty.
