FINANCIAL SERVICES COMPENSATION SCHEME OF LAST RESORT LEVY (COLLECTION) ACT 2023 - SECT 17
Payment of levy, late payment penalty and shortfall penalty
Each of the following are payable to ASIC on behalf of the
Commonwealth:
(a) an instalment of levy;
(b) late payment penalty;
(c) shortfall penalty.
