Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsA national system employer or a national system employee may apply to the Federal Court or the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Division 2) to enforce an entitlement of the employer or employee arising under subsection 542(1).
