Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) If the President gives a direction under section 617A requiring a matter to be investigated, and a report about the matter to be prepared, the FWC must publish the report so that submissions can be made addressing issues covered by the report.
(2) The publication may be on the FWC's website or by any other means that the FWC considers appropriate.
